Your VORA ELEMENT works best with a fresh filter. Replace every 3–4 months to keep your water clean and your routine performing at its best.

Clean water doesn't maintain itself. Your filter does.

Over time, your filter absorbs what your water carries — chlorine, heavy metals, sediment — until it reaches capacity and your water quality slowly returns to where it started. Replacing it every 3–4 months keeps everything working the way it should.

This isn't maintenance. It's the step that keeps your glow going.

Choose your cartridge:

Activated Carbon The essential VORA filter. Removes chlorine, heavy metals, sediment, and impurities — keeping your water clean and your skin and hair protected with every shower.

Activated Carbon + Anti-Scaling Everything the Activated Carbon filter does, plus active protection against limescale and mineral buildup. Ideal if you notice scale deposits in your shower or bathroom — common in areas with hard water, including much of the GCC.

What the filter removes:

✦ Chlorine — the leading cause of dry skin and brittle hair ✦ Heavy metals — including lead, mercury, and iron ✦ Sediment and rust particles ✦ Impurities that irritate skin and scalp ✦ Limescale and mineral deposits

How to replace:

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the VORA shower head & filter work? The VORA shower heads uses an activated carbon filter (ACF) that captures chlorine, heavy metals, sediment, and impurities as water passes through. The result is cleaner, softer water that protects your skin barrier and hair — every single shower.

How do I install it? Simply unscrew your existing shower head and screw on the VORA shower head in its place. No tools needed. Takes less than five minutes. It fits all standard shower systems.

When do I replace the filter? Every 3–4 months, depending on your usage and local water quality. We recommend joining the VORA Filter Club — your replacement cartridge arrives automatically before you need it, at a discounted members price.

How do I replace the filter cartridge? Twist the base of the VORA shower head to unlock it, remove the old cartridge, insert the new one, and twist the base back to lock. That's it. No tools, no fuss.

Will it fit my shower? The VORA shower headas are designed with a universal connector and fits all standard shower systems globally — including those common across the GCC.

What does it actually filter out? The activated carbon filter removes chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals (including lead and mercury), sediment, rust, and other common water impurities.

Will the pressure be affected? No. The VORA shower heads are engineered for powerful yet gentle flow — delivering strong, comfortable water pressure without the harshness of unfiltered water.

Is it certified? Yes. The VORA filters are NSF certified and CE certified.

Do you ship outside the GCC? Yes — we ship globally. Free shipping applies to all GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman). International orders outside the GCC are subject to shipping fees at checkout.

Which cartridge should I choose — Carbon or Carbon + Anti-Scaling? If you live in an area with hard water or notice white scale deposits on your taps, tiles, or shower glass, go for the Carbon + Anti-Scaling. If your water is relatively soft or you haven't noticed scale, the Activated Carbon is your cartridge. Both provide the same core chlorine and heavy metal filtration.

Is the GCC known for hard water? Yes. Most GCC water — particularly in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE — is desalinated seawater that is re-mineralised and re-chlorinated. This makes it relatively hard and high in mineral content. The Carbon + Anti-Scaling cartridge is particularly relevant for this region.
