Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are subject to change without notice.
• You will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
• Sales taxes and import duties, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship from Manama, Bahrain. Delivery times and costs vary by location and shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and exchanges.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vora in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
